Two New Quay brothers have handed a cheque for £1038.00 to The West Wales Prostate Cancer Support Group. Nick and Will Warren together with friend, Adam Wilson, raised the money whilst competing in a gruelling banger rally over the summer. The pair drove their ancient Mitsubishi Space Runner, which they adapted to look like a space shuttle, over the hundreds of miles to Monte Carlo via France, Switzerland and Italy. They presented the cheque in November in New quay during the New Quay Urban Downhill street race of which Will was a competitor. Nick and Will, pictured, along with Will’s girlfriend, Naomi Denning, and mascot, Travis the boxer presented a cheque to representatives of The West Wales Prostate Cancer Support Group. The brothers thanked local businesses, residents, families and friends for their sponsorship.
